Looking for some help with tuition? Here is an option that you may interested in. Legacy is proud to partner with Georgia Student Scholarship Organization and provide you access to $50 million in tax credit tuition money.  Help is provided by Georgia House Bill 1133 or HB1133 as it is more affectionately known.

HB1133 is a Tax Credit Scholarship that allows Georgia Income Tax Payers to control where some of their tax dollars are invested.  It is a dollar for dollar tax credit.

Who can participate?  Anyone who pays Georgia taxes can donate up to $1,200 filing single, $2,500 filing jointly or a C corporation can donate up 75% of their Georgia state taxable liability.  The donation is made to GASSO and once that donation is recieved by them they make the money available to us.  You, your family, relatives and friends can all join in and help build a scholarship fund for your child’s school.
